Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your free planning guide, The Plan That Reaches The Work, with the keyword “PLAN”. Each banner is shown at real phone size too, so you can see it reads.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door with my daughter, so I wanted to send this quickly before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly say hi.

I'm Na'ama. I co-founded Waya with Vince, my co-founder from Cheetah, where we scaled to $150M in revenue and 350+ people. Now we help Series A-C founders scale without everything running through them.

I looked at your profile and your site, and you reminded me of Ashish, the CEO of Ratio.

When we met, they'd hit profitability but it was all duct-taped together, and he was waking up at night clenching his teeth. Since then they've grown 300% and doubled the team.

It works because we don't hand over a deck and leave. We build the weekly rhythm with your team, so every number has one owner and the plan still runs in week four.

It took us 10+ years, a pandemic that wiped out 80% of our revenue, and a lot of expensive mistakes to get this right.

Right now we're offering a free 30-minute intro call, then a 1-hour Operations Audit where we find the one constraint holding you back.

As you can imagine, the two-day offsite isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really gotta go. Would [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] tomorrow work to walk you through it?

If not, no biggie. Happy to just send you our free planning guide, The Plan That Reaches The Work, instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Na'ama

Invite them to a workshop

The workshop

Past Week Four: plan next quarter so it still runs in week four

Leave with next quarter planned, one owner per number, and a weekly rhythm that keeps it alive after the offsite glow wears off.

Format: Live on Zoom, 90 minutes, up to 15 founders and COOs. A working session, not a talk: bring your goals, leave with the plan.

What it covers:

  • The weekly rhythm: how Ratio grew 300% and doubled its team after hitting profitability with everything duct-taped together.
  • One owner per number: what broke at Cheetah at $50M ARR with 80 people and zero documented processes, and the system that got it to $150M.
  • The reset: rebuilding Cheetah after COVID wiped out 80% of revenue overnight, and why you cut once, not three times.

Why this workshop: Ratio is your client's real result (Ashish's testimonial on your site and your 10 Sep post). Cheetah at $50M, $150M and the COVID rebuild are your own story from your About and posts. It's your planning guide done live, and the natural step before the Operations Audit.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE]."

[SQUARE BRACKETS] = you fill it in. {Curly brackets} = fills automatically. The first two messages only ask if they'd like to come. Only the last one has the link.

LinkedIn: message 1, pick the variant that fits the founder

1A. The invite: profitable, but it's all duct-taped

Send to: founders who've hit profitability or break-even, where every decision still goes through them.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small live workshop on Zoom for Series A–C founders on {Day + date}, walking through exactly how Ratio grew 300% and doubled its team after hitting profitability with everything duct-taped together.

Would you like to come?

1B. The invite: hiring fast after a B or C

Send to: founders and COOs who just raised, or whose headcount is climbing fast.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small live workshop on Zoom for Series A–C founders on {Day + date}, walking through what broke when we hit $50M ARR at Cheetah with 80 people and zero documented processes, and the system that got us to $150M.

1C. The invite: burn is up and the board wants cuts

Send to: founders posting about runway, a tough quarter, a restructure or a pivot.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small live workshop on Zoom for Series A–C founders on {Day + date}, walking through how we rebuilt Cheetah after COVID wiped out 80% of our revenue overnight, and why I'd cut once instead of three times.

Filled-in example (EXAMPLE ONLY, not a real person)

An example of 1B with every slot filled: Jordan is COO at a logistics scale-up that closed its Series B, and posted last week about hiring 40 people this year.

Hey Jordan, I saw your post last week about hiring 40 people this year after the Series B.

I'm hosting a small live workshop on Zoom for Series A–C founders and COOs on Wednesday, October 21, walking through what broke when we hit $50M ARR at Cheetah with 80 people and zero documented processes, and the system that got us to $150M.

2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Pick the problem closest to theirs: "an offsite plan that was dead by week four", "every decision still running through the CEO", "doubling headcount with nothing written down", or "a board pushing for layoffs".

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to a Series [B] founder who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

3. Last message (3 days after that)

[ONE THING] matches the variant: 1A "the weekly rhythm that gets the founder out of every decision"; 1B "giving every number one owner before you hire the next 40 people"; 1C "making one decisive reset instead of three rounds".

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] founders and COOs on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on [ONE THING].

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call so I can hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else is coming.

And if you're slammed, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

Before it goes live

  • Test the guide email: sign up on the guide page yourself and check the guide actually arrives. The form ends on a generic thank-you with no link to the guide.
  • Make the phone field optional on the guide form. Right now it's required, which usually costs sign-ups on a free guide.
  • “3 Exits”: it's in your current headline, but one of your posts says Cheetah didn't return the exit you'd hoped for. These options lead with $150M and $130M+ instead. If you want it back, “exits to Groupon, Xenon and Pepper” is the version your About already backs up.
  • Your 10 Sep post image: the blur over the sender's name on the WhatsApp screenshot is see-through, so the name can be read. We cropped it out of option 5. You may want to swap the image on the post.
  • Ratio: option 5 and the DM name Ratio and Ashish, as your site already does. Check he's happy to be on your banner.
